No doubt that this way of producing electricity from wind is more economical and is at the hand of any country. However nowadays the rulers do not see the satisfaction of the needs but rather what they can stop perceiving. With all the problems in the world it is an excellent alternative to reduce the consumption of hydrocarbons.
