Greetings @ josevas217 Keeping a serene or calm(normal) language, leads you to be in a relaxed environment, cordiality and where differences are settled calmly, but having a permanent aggressive language makes you always in trouble. In addition, instilling a strong word to children makes them believe that it is the best and will lead them to have a wrong behavior in life, "As they say in our country "THE WORD HAS POWER".
