Leadership as a managerial tool for strengthening productive processes.

Talking about leadership has become more common every day, because organizations can not control everything from the top management, this is the reason for the continuous search for people with the ability to innovate, transform and guide others towards efficiency and effectiveness to ensure the proper functioning and achievement of the objectives set by the administrative management.

That is why managing is not something simple or easy, it is about motivating, guiding and instructing people in the work environment in order to achieve a common goal, but, however, this depends on many factors ranging from the personality of the leader, to the environment where leadership is executed.

Therefore, the leader will have characteristics and factors that can influence him/her, as well as to motivate his/her colleagues and departmental neighbors to use resources that facilitate the resolution of any type of problem, analyzing and applying knowledge that allows to offer possible solutions that guarantee the achievement and adequate fulfillment of their productive processes.
