China's potential lies in the little to no regulation of this technology. Rather of a matter of who will be on the top, in my humble opinion, it is our mission to responsibly develop it so it yields the best for the humanity
Who is at the top is a matter of time, for now in terms of US development has a small advantage, but both countries have very ambitious projects established until 2030.
