Never thought about steem as an opportunity. I came here in 2018 to learn about crypto (in 2018 so many people here devoted their blogs to crypto topics). Then I started posting myself to share knowledge i have, mostly for personal entertainment. So for me steem is just a hobby, not an opportunity.
If steem is an hobby for you then you made a nice choice with this hobby but so much more, steem screams of so much opportunities to grow ones finances and also grow intellectually.
