RE: The Future of Autonomous Vehicles

in Project HOPE3 months ago

Hi @noshad56

I don't believe in the future of SDAs. It is hardly possible to build even basic infrastructure that would allow to charge them efficiently. Not to mention that charging batteries cannot be really speed up so charging your car will always be a problematic experience.

In busy cities like New York having EV (electric vehicle) would be nothing less than a nightmare.

To insure such a car will cost fortune. Even small accident may require changing batteries. Which is an enormous expense.

So many EVs are catching fire (because of faulty batteries). Those are some problems which are making people thing twice before they would spent their hard earned money.
And in my opinion - EVs trend will be over sooner than later.

Cheers, Piotr

Hello Pyotr

Respecting your opinion, I would like to offer a slightly different perspective.

My view on the future of SDEs is that the technology is developing rapidly and the charging infrastructure is improving. Many countries and companies are working on this issue to provide more efficient and faster charging solutions.

In busy cities like New York, electric vehicles can actually be beneficial because they are environmentally friendly and reduce noise. Battery prices are decreasing over time and their performance is improving.

Incidents of fire are indeed a matter of concern, but with the advancement in technology, these problems are also being solved. Many people are still buying electric vehicles and understand their benefits.

In my opinion, electric vehicles will become more popular in the near future and their problems will be solved.
