The moment your project gets it wrong it might be hard to see customers giving your project any good attention.

And I must also admit that seeing delays with launch is causing some concerns.

For such money to be made you have to make sure that customers are being satisfied.

I couldn't agree more with you. Interest of our customers, investors and supporters should be utmost priority for every project developer. I wish more would see it that way.
