I can say that Project Hope is one of the best communities on Steemit , which is run by crypto.piotr and his Venezuelian team

Small note: PH is currently more multi-international. Our initial focus has been to work with group of Venezuelans, however right now our core team is build also on few users from India and Nigeria :)
