I spoke to @josevas217 and he mentioned already about unrest in Bogota. Those acts of murder from police should stop :/

Obviously, these men decided to continue with the torture and simply beat him to death, until this man, a lawyer, died.

Wow. What this victim a lawyer? Insane :/
