NASA will return again to the moon at 2024 Till that they are trying figure toilet problem of most of the astronauts
It sounds more like they are using this topic as a marketing tool. Like they want people to talk about them so they came up with some nonesense. However it's catchy nonesense and everyone would understand it :)

hahaha Yes while researching i got that in mind too they can secretly hire many people for that work but as its public maybe its a part of marketing strategy ... :)
