It's surely difficult to stay motivated during those challenging times. Like you said: discipline is very important. It's the most crutial element if we want to succeed with anything that we do.

Thanks for sharing those tips. Most of it seem to be quite obvious, but sometimes it's important to remind ourselfs about things which we consider 'obvious' and natural.

Some of those tips are quite ... unexpected. Like keeping own diary ;) I don't remember very last time I've wrote my own diary hehe
