Interesting choice of topic buddy.
How long have you been involved in marketing? You seem to have quite a decent knowledge about this field.
However these days manufacturer are only conscious of producing what they deem as quality without having to consult the final consumer as to what they really want.
Based on my knowledge, most start-ups also are making similar mistake. Businesses/people are making decisions based on their vision, instead of trying to get feedback from potential final customers.

Basically I'm more of PR person but marketing is an added mix too. In essence it's been like two to three years now and I love the ethics of marketing. I'm a business oriented person and start-ups have sometimes come to me to seek the best way to run their businesses.
