I do believe that setting up our own advertising firm may be a dream (and probably dream of many) - however it seem that majority of people do not realize how difficult and challenging this kind of job can be.

Based on my experience as a social media marketer (something I used to do) I can honestly say, that customers expectations usually are very high and at the same time most customers do not value marketing the way they should - ending up being stingy and trying to squeze all juices out of you.

I surely wonder how does "advertising world" look in African societies. Surely must be different from what I've experienced in Europe and Asia.

Fingers crossed for your future success. It's a very difficult field, with loads of cheap competition (which is efficiently destroying the market).
