A Change In Behavior
While most people think that they've learned a thing or two, the fact remains that if whatever you've learned hasn't caused you to have a change in behavior - then you probably haven't learned anything. When you've learned a lesson, you'll behave differently if that situation presents itself again.
Nothing changes people's behavior, except they've learned something new. That means that people will continue to be who they were, until they learn something that changes them into who they need to become.
Hence, you should be constantly observing your own behavior, and looking to see if you've been able to learn anything from your past life experiences that have caused you to change some of behaviors for the best. Because that's that goal.
A change in behavior is the action that you take, which justifies the fact that you've grown, improved, and learned. You cannot be behaving the same way that you were, when you were an amateur in your area of business. As you climb up the ladder, your behavior should change.
And the reality is that, people will not change he results in their life for the better; until they change their behaviors. When you change your behavior to one suited for achieving success in life, naturally you'll achieve greater success in what you do.
Hi there @creativeinsight
I didn't read any of your posts lately and finally I got back to Steemit. Glad to see that you are still around buddy
Solid read :)
Partly disagree with that statement. I think that not everything we learn need to cause change in our behaviour. So ... if our behaviour doesnt change then we can assume that we're not learning?
ps.
Do you receive any of my discord messages? You did not reply for almost a year already

Learning a thing properly tends to change your behavior with regards to how you do that thing - because the amateurs behave differently from the experts. Thanks for commenting.
