How can one Develop His discipline Attributes to achieve Success???

The development of discipline has many ways to be achieved, but from my perspective I think it is necessary to focus, without focus we easily lose our focus and fall into indiscipline and therefore we do not end up achieving our goals no matter how much talent we have.
