Work stress within organizations.
For many decades organizations are systems that are immersed in an environment of constant social and economic changes, among others due to various factors of society and the rapid development of it; because today organizations play an important role in society, at the same time, they are the place where most people invest much of their productive life. Therefore, all this is due to the fact that organizations depend to a great extent on their human resources and their ability to face competition in order to make the most of the efforts of their personnel, with the purpose of consolidating tasks that allow them to achieve common objectives individually or collectively.
Based on the above, Azocar (2011), states "Organizations are systems in which people work and interact together in the achievement of objectives". (p.60). In this sense, the conditions of the workplace are also aspects that should be taken into account, since certain external agents such as noise, air, temperature, humidity, lighting and work equipment can affect the human resources involved in the institution; therefore, a healthy work environment can provide environmental conditions that act positively on the human being. On this aspect Betancourt (cited in Werther and Davis, 2004), who state that, "The work environment must offer healthy psychological and sociological conditions, which positively influence the behavior of people, to avoid emotional effects such as fatigue, anxiety, tension, apathy and stress". (p.180).

Moncada (2007) adds, in this particular, "An adaptive response, mediated by individual and/or psychological characteristics, which at the same time are a consequence of some external reaction, situation or event that places physical and psychological demands on the person." (p.98). In addition, environmental factors are the cause of economic, political and social uncertainties, among others, that alter people's lifestyles and their trajectory in the workplace. In this direction, organizational factors are related to the policies, strategies, design and structure of the organization and exert pressure on people to the point of producing stress; together with individual factors that are linked to family issues, economic problems and inherent characteristics of the personality, because workers come to the place where they work carrying their personal problems, affecting the good performance of the same.
In a country like Venezuela where hyperinflation devours the salaries and wages of workers, the stress levels of workers within organizations are very high, because they must have more than one job to meet their basic needs at home, making their workload is greater generating work overload that ultimately translates into stress. That is why organizations should seek strategies that allow their workers to perform at their best without much stress and this is achieved by having a work environment according to the demands of the same.

Greetings friend @carlir, work stress is an issue that can affect all workers, so it is necessary to implement methods constantly to avoid these problems and thus workers manage to improve their performance in the company.
Greetings @carlir _
To be able to counteract the stress of workers in organizations is essential for the development of the same, a stressed worker is synonymous with inefficiency and may cause some damage to handle or operate any machinery, this translates into loss for the company. On the contrary, a worker who is committed, in a pleasant environment, generates greater profitability.
Thank you for sharing.
Greetings dear friend @carlir, I hope you are well, certainly in Venezuela as you mention because we must have more than one source of income to be able to meet our needs, it can generate work stress in our main work activities, significantly affecting our performance.
So long brother, have a great weekend.
Stress in an organization should be reduced by employers because this life is full of stress already and the truth is that stress can only be manage and not eradicated because of the kind of society we all find ourselves in where cost of living is high.
