Greetings @ramsesuchiha, taxes should be used in goods and services so that the people who pay taxes continue to do so politely. In Venezuela the levels of corruption are so high that one does not know where the resources of the taxes go especially the municipal ones. Now, to privatize everything in the Venezuelan case at the present time would unleash a disaster for the purchasing power of Venezuelans.
I think that many things are already privatized today, although it is true that not everything and I think that if we know where the taxes go, into the pocket of the rulers hahaha thank you for reading
