Teaching others will add more value to you.

I have developed and trained myself over the years in the area of graphic design, I have attended several lectures and gotten some deals to this effect but based on the fact that I am an introvert I have not really been able to share my knowledge on graphic design to others, the last time I tried it I did not really do well at it so I just went back to my shell and did my work from there.

I have been receiving calls from friend and colleagues asking me to put them through on how they can become designers as well, I really loved to teach them but I lacked the boldness to face a class and lecture them, I just felt I was not good enough for that. I have a big sister who is also my friend, so I spoke to her about it and because she is my personal motivational speaker she saw to it that I became bolder and she made me feel more capable to be able to train others in the process.

After receiving motivation from my big sister, I decided to start with a free training course for some of my friends who wanted to learn the art of graphic design, I plan to monetize it but I really just want to teach my friends and build up my own self-confidence in the process, I have realized that there are lots of benefits packed in sharing knowledge and I will be sharing those benefits with you so that we can all learn how important it is for us to share the knowledge we have with others.

Importance of sharing knowledge.

As a complete introvert, I am never bold enough to walk up to someone talk more of standing in the presence of a class to deliver lecture, I prefer being a student to being a teacher but then after I started out with teaching my friends about the design I realized that it is seriously helping me increase my self-confidence, I feel more bold to stand before people and share my experience with them.

The more I try to teach my friends the more I know, I have been able to learn new things while teaching them and watching them make mistakes through their own errors I get new ideas and it is helping me become even a better designer.

I am learning to be more patience, although I am a very calm person but with my students I am getting more patience to get result while I impact knowledge into them and get result.

Following this experience of mine, I really think everyone should become a teacher, becoming a teacher will enhance everyone with the required skill to become a better person.
