I do agree with you @franyeligonzalez not every student can operate a computer or do anything online by themselves, am from Nigeria and talking of primary School here they hardly teach them computer in school and hardly did they learn how to operate it and not everyone has internet at home and is not that the government are going to provide it for individual, I must say that is going to be difficult to adapt to.
