Data speed is always going to be a challenge as there is always a catch-up game. New facilities and services require more and more data. Just think about streaming videos. They were first low resolution, then SD, then HD and now 4k. Soon we will have 8k.
Other services also demand higher and higher bandwidth.
So, unfortunately, the countries with the poorer infrastructure are always playing catch-up which is an expensive and frustrating game.
Above all it is very frustrating for us as users.
