With the much publicized case of Will Smith at the Oscar awards, several concepts and reflections came to my mind that I would like to share with you. The first one is to differentiate between black humor and Mobbing. I defend that humor has a great potential to optimize the ethics of man and societies, but humor can also harm if it is practiced wrongly, it is therefore necessary to insist on the construction of an ethics of humor. When one has to assume that sarcastic jokes are just that, humorous expressions, it can have dire effects on social and personal relationships, among which discrimination and violation of human rights should be highlighted. It has been found that events involving humorous, sarcastic comments that degrade women and LGBTI people are the most common forms of discrimination in various spaces. The so-called Mobbing, which is nothing more than bullying but in adults, is not only confined to that which takes place in the workplace, it is transferred to all areas of social life.

Sometimes the circumstances through which a certain person is going through and the emotional load that this person carries are unknown, therefore making jokes or malicious jokes about a certain condition escapes from what humor as a reference of social behavior estimates. The verbal abuse or humorous insinuations about any physical, metal or behavioral problem of an adult is considered Mobbing, a term that previously was only used in the labor field and when it generated the so-called stress of workers, is currently a point of discussion, when a malicious joke can cause harm to any person, no matter how adult he/she is.

I have lived difficult situations, my son has a disabling condition, when we have come to public spaces, we have lived different situations, a few years ago I tolerated it a little more as a mother, today the load of emotions that I carry I do not know or I do not know how they would make me act, not with this I justify violence, but I understand what the actor and his wife lived with the joke in public. .
