Alone to harmonize
Source
To be in harmony with oneself, we must forget the idea of perfection because to be in balance is something else, it is an exercise of acceptance in the first place, it involves feeling, fullness, fulfillment, satisfaction, peace and working the conscience to concentrate the imperfection in our life. Man is a social being and it is important for us to have connections with other people, to socialize. However, solitude and doing things by yourself, for yourself, regardless of the opinion of others is necessary. Studies recently conducted by the University of Michigan and published in the Journal of Human Health, show that the ability to tolerate alone time has been linked to increased happiness, as well as discovering things for and by yourself helps you feel good and manage stress and experience less depression.
Similarly, the report revealed that human beings often panic to find themselves alone without external stimuli for fear of finding inside themselves and in their minds, memories, wounds and traumas that are much more elusive when they are with other people, in play activities, parties or playing sports, since in those spaces it is much more difficult to focus on oneself and on the deepest thoughts and fears. It is necessary to practice solitude in small spaces of time and try it slowly, until finding the necessary harmony that will undoubtedly make individuals more capable of making a healthy social life.
"You are only afraid if you are not in harmony with yourself. People are afraid because they have never confessed to themselves." Hermann Hesse.
