Project Hope competition #2 - My Submission for the Importance of Education

Hello Everyone

This is my submission for Project Hope competition #2 organized by @josevas217

In the first challenge, I was one of the winners and I am very happy to share with you guys. Here in this post also I am going to share my thoughts about the topic that's related to education.

I just used google to find the answer to the question- "What is education?" and this is what I got as result.

Education is the process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, morals, beliefs, and habits. Educational methods include teaching, training, storytelling, discussion, and directed research

So above lines give brief information about education and but in our life, it can be little changed depending upon institution or place but the outcome and purpose would remain the same for most of. When we grow then the first phase of our life starts with education and through this, we learn about our people, culture, technology, life, and traditions, etc. This list can be so long and I just mentioned a few common areas only.

Do you think that education today is appropriate and really favors everyone?

So this is the question asked in this post and I share my thoughts about it.

I think that education today is appropriate because it has been made smarter with the involvement of technology. In today's world its important to know about the world, the English language, Computers and with the education system we get to learn about these things. If any child is not sent to school for education then for sure its not possible for him to have the knowledge and understanding about it so we can't deny the fact that we need education for a better life. ofcourse many people in the world are not educated but this ratio is going down with each passing year.

There is a clear difference in the lifestyle of people who are educated and those who are not educated. I am not saying that advancement in the education sector is at its peak and it certainly has a long way to go since technology is evolving so in the next 10-20 years we are going to see much more in this. 20 years back it was not easy for us to study online and but now it is and in this covid time this has helped a lot to us for better safety while making sure that we don't break the flow of education learning. So many schools and colleges have adopted online learning to ensure more safety and to the students, because they know that education should not be stopped just in the name of a pandemic since its very important.

I want to highlight a few points about it-

• Today's education is appropriate because it helps us in many ways to make us aware of new things in the world.
• It also favors everyone because no matter what interest you have and its something for you to learn.
• With the current education, you will be able to put yourself forward and adopt a better lifestyle which is highly difficult if you don't have an education.
• Today's education is driven by a technological approach that is very important to grow and make life easy.

Conclusion

I have shared my thoughts above about education and how important is it for all of us. No matter what country you are living in but you must go for education and learn whatever is offered for learning as per the education system. I also think that its surely appropriate for all of us and if we go through the institution for education then for sure there is a lot that we can gain and it will help us to make not just our life better but also contribute to making a better society and communities.
