Earlier it was like blockchain is only to strengthen payment networks but now its getting implemented in many others and this is fantastic. True that many companies are working on this high end technology to bring their business on it because it provides transparency. In India one of the start-up has started using blockchain for social purpose like - women empowerment and to stop violance against women etc. I shared a video about it yesterday.
