Make Air coller at home.

Hello everyone I hope you all are fine and safe from the coronavirus outbreak. As in my last post in give you information about how we can make electricity at home. Thanks for supporting that post. Today i will tell you how we can make air coller at home and its cost will be less. The function of air coller is to make cool air and gives to our room in summer. In summer the temperature is vary high so we can't able to survive without the coller, fan or other colling equipment. We know in world there are lot of people who are poor and are not able to buy the costly coolers or fans so for them this will help them. They can make air cooler at their homes by making simple steps. This project works on the evaporation of the water. According to the thermodynamics when evaporation takes place it causes cooling effect. For the evaporation of water it needs some temperature for that so water takes that temperature from the air inside the coller and makes the air cool. Then this colled air is thrown out with the fan and we get the cool air.

Main parts of this project

1. Body of steel or iron : this is the main part of this project. The body of this project is like a square . On one walls fan is installed and on the remaining three walls water grills which gives the function of evaporative pads is installed. The main body also reserves water at the middle.

2. fan: As i tell you fan is installed on the one side wall of the body. The function of fan is suck the coll air from inside the water body and throw it to the desired place where this cool air is used.

3. water pump: The small water pump is used to lift the water from the water stored in the middle and throw it to the water pads or water grills.

4. Evaporative pads or water grills: These can be made at home by putting pieces of wood in the wire mash. The function of evaporative pads is to make evaporation of water and it causes cooling effect to the air.

5. power source: Power source or electricity is used to operate the water cooler.

How to make it

When above things we have available at your home after that we have to make our project. Firstly take iron sheets and cut them in the square shape. After that make four hools on the walls of the body. Install fan in one side and water grills on the remaining sides. Put the pump inside the body so that it can up the water to the grills.make some wiring and piping for operating this coller. Put some water inside the water body.

When we put the switch of the fan and pump of the water coller on. The water pump lifts water from the body to the water grills or evaporative pads. The evaporation pads make evaporation of small quantity of water. We know for evaporation we need some temperature so water grills sucks that temperature from the air inside the body and makes that air cool. The water then throws the cool air to the desired position where we need this colled air that may be our room, etc.
