Hard work is the only only whole and sole factor that will affect once future. If you don't work hard you will never get success.

A bad past doesn't mean a bad future.

I agree with this point a bad past does not say that he will be having bad future.

Example jack ma , founder of alibaba failed more then 100's of time but finally he get success as he was very hard working and dedicated to the work.

Yes the pressure will be built but we need to cover that pressure.
