Health benefits of cloves

Greetings everyone.
Today I would want to share something about cloves.
Cloves are flower like buds that are specifically known as spices. The binomial name for cloves is syzygium aromaticum.

Cloves can be used both when dried and also their flower buds can also be used. It depends on how one prefers using them. But clove oil is made from the flower buds because they are wet. It doesnot require one to use the dry ones.

Uses of cloves
• Clove oil is used in toothpaste and soaps as an infection killer. In toothpaste it is meant for killing germs and treat sick gums.

• In countries like Indonesia, Clove powder is used as a remedy in cigarettes called Kretek. Users of this type of cigarette say it has a nice scent.

• Cloves are used as spices to give flavor to hot beverages such as meat. They can be in powder form or you can pound the dry ones and apply some to your soup.

• Clove water helps in treating some health diseases and boosting immunity. It is very important to take a glass of Clove water every morning or night. You just have to put in one or two cloves in one glass.

• Clove water is also very good to women because it cures infections in a short period of time. You just have to deep a piece of cotton into the Clove water and use that for about 10 to 15 minutes.
