Hello everyone am here to share with you what we use everyday in our life . Basically this is a fruit called tomatoes and let me take you through this fruit.

Tomato is the edible berry of the plant . It’s species originated in western South America and Central America.
They are loaded with a substance called lycopene. It gives them their bright red color and helps to protect them from the ultraviolet rays of the sun. In much the same way it can help protect your cells from damage.
They have a potassium, vitamins B and E and other nutrients.

Benefits of tomatoes
It’s completely safe to eat a portion of tomatoes everyday and as an added bonus they are low in calories and have a high water content.

Tomatoes are major dietary source of the antioxidant lycopene which has been linked to many health benefits including reduced risk of heart diseases and cancer.

They are also a great source of vitamin C, potassium, folate and vitamin K which boost some the body.

They can also come in a variety of colors including yellow , orange, green, and basically tomatoes exist with different shapes and flavor.

Nutrition facts
The water content of tomatoes is around 95%. The other 5% consists mainly of carbohydrates and fibre .
They include calories, water, protein, carbs, sugar, fibre, fat among others.
