[REPOST]VISITING PARENTS IN THE VILLAGE

I hope every one is doing well. Hope you all had an amazing Christmas day, if you didn't, don't loose heart "ebirungi biri mumaaso"😄.

Today I would like to share with you a practice that is very important to adapt. A practice that will bless your lives and also bring alot of joy and happiness to you. The practice is visiting parents in the village.

We all have parents or guardians and these are people who took care of us through out our childhood, gave us food, clothing's, protection, and even gave us education.

When we become of age, we leave these people behind and go on to start our own lives but they still carry on with their care and love towards us. They usually send their love and care through prayers.

So it is very important as children to show back that love and care to our parents or guardians especially during this festive season by visiting them and taking them anything within our means. This season is a season of love, let's show them some love. It really hurts them alot when they don't get visited. Sometimes they feel so lonely and it's in this season that their hearts deserve to be warmed up.

Anyways, last week I visited my mom and we really had an amazing time. She was extremely happy and I was extremely happy too. We talked about many things , she prepared me delicious meals and also prayed for me. It really feels good to visit a parent, it makes you feel like a baby once more. Am indeed so grateful.

So friends please don't leave your parents to suffer alone in villages. Don't leave them to suffer with loneliness. They still need you. Actually they need you more than before. They are at the stage in their lives where they need alot of love and care.
