The dairy game//better life//29/08/2021//my Sundaywell spent!

Hello steemians, this week has been a challenging one but thank God we have completed it. Yesterday was too harsh for me l was almost knocked by a bodaboda no my way back home from work, this Masaka -Nyendo road is becoming dangerous though we need change but we must be very careful using it. Apart from everything that happened, everything was good. Today was a lazy day for me at work but got tied when l got home🥺.
I had to prepare for lunch but trust me this was not easy at all, women we should be given awards for home duties, these things aren't easy at all, some times l wish l was a man not to have to deal with everything here🤣. But am proud to be a woman even though it's very stressing.
I had to go to the market to shop and after l headed home, it was a hustle to light up my charcoal stove, l even sweated you know how it is when the match box denies it's matches. After a long time struggling, God answered my prayer and the stove was ready to go

As l was waiting for the charcoal stove to get ready, l peeled my matooke very well

And placed them in the banana leaves that l had gotten from the garden. When the charcoal stove got ready l decided to first roast the meat before l start cooking matooke for easing the process not to take long because people were already dying of hunger. The reason to why l decided to roast the meat is that the meat smells good and also looks good in the source pan,

Then l divided it into several pieces so that it could be easy to cook and enough for everyone at home. I then added mushrooms to the menue of food that l was supposed to cook. I washed the mushrooms very well and molded them into a ball shape for easy cutting, after l placed them in a banana leaf and add some recipes and small water so that they are so taste when they are ready,

While l was preparing too cook matooke l added the mushrooms on top and covered it very well with banana leaves, at exactly 9 l was severing my lunch and it was so delicious, hope l could share with you how it looked but l don't want you to get hungry right now🤣🤣.

After cooking and serving lunch, l went and spent the rest of the day with my loving friends. It was so fun, we talked about very many things and also laughed a lot including even the arsenal fans of course, how can l forget them🤣🤣🤣 in the evening we had to watch the soccer for Man- United . It was so good watching soccer with them. Sunday well spent, long live arsenal.
