Potato Basmati Rice..Recipe

Today I am sharing with you one of the best tasty potato and rice recipes with my hive community. I hope everyone enjoys it and tries it at home. You'll get a real taste of potato pulao

Ingredients

All ingredients are very common and are available in all domestic kitchens. I am not going to use very expensive or unique ingredients in this recipe. Very simple and with luxurious taste.

  • Rice basmati
  • Oil or Ghee
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Red pepper
  • Green chili
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Tomatoes
  • Garum masla
  • Potatoes
  • Barynai pack if need to increase more spicy taste

Instructions

  • Rice whenever cooked.
    The quality of the rice is good.
    And if the new rice is rice. So it doesn't have to be soaked in water.
    I always prefer to make old rice.
    Wheat or oil should always be of good quality.
    I prefer oil. Because oil is good for health.

  • First of all. Soak the rice in water. For half an hour.
    To soften.
    Cut the potatoes into small pieces. As can be seen in the picture.
    How was I cutting potatoes?
    Also chop tomatoes, onions, green chilies.
    Grind hot spices, ginger and garlic.



  • First of all. Put out the fire And put a large pot on it.
    Now heat the oil in the pot.
    When the oil is hot. Put sliced ​​onions in it
    Roast the onions until they are browned.
    When the onions are brown.
    So put sliced ​​potatoes, tomatoes, green peppers.
    And if you want to put a checkin on. So put that too now.


  • Now cook the potatoes until melted. And if the chicken is poured, cook it well.
    When things are well cooked.
    So now add water equal to rice weight it. after boiling the water, then add soak rice into the boiling water, at this time, add all remaining ingredients into the pot, and cook the rice
    when all water go to dry then lay papper over rice and kept them for fifteen mints.
    now potatos rice are ready for serve.


  • Here i will recommend to add Garum masla, first grand the garum masla , it will make the potatoes rice more delicious and you will like taste of rice very much


  • now in below pictures i am adding rice into the biled water, and also added all ingredients at this stage, you can see method review in this pictures , hope my cook pictures will help you to understand recipe method.


  • in above picture you can see i added water equal to rice weight , after melted the potatoes very well.


  • After boiling water, add rice into the boiled water very carefully,



  • After drying the water, now we will keep the rice for 15 to 20 mints on dum, so it is very important stage, after keeping the rice on dump , then potatoes rice are ready for serve, and our delicious rice are ready.


  • Now in above pictures you can see that now water is drying from rice, when water get dry keep the rice on dum, so in below pictures are pictures , in which rice is on dum stage.


  • now rice are ready to eat, and i and my all family enjoyed the rice very much, and potatoes rice are very much delicious, i cooked the rice own, and i love cooking very much, and soon i will bring one more new recipe
