President For A day (India)

in OCD4 years ago

Hello there my dear friends, I'm Rishu and I'm writing my first blog here for the weekly challenges of #the100daysofsteem

Usually in India the president don't have that much power to change anything in just one day but as its written in the challenge you can pretend to be a president for a day with ultimate power so let's pretend and move forward.

As The President has a right to be informed of all of the nation's affairs, enjoys powers to appoint and remove high Constitutional authorities, including the prime minister and the council of ministers. All appointments of the judges of the Supreme Court and the High Courts, the state governors, the attorney general, the comptroller and auditor general (CAG), and the chief commissioner and members of the election commission are made in his name.

The first thing after being a president i would do is to replace worst performing bureaucrats, based on there performance. As I'm having ultimate power for a day so yes that's exactly what i would do because they deserve it.

The next thing i would do is to order Indian Army to teach our enemies a nice lesson. Infact, I would rather replace BSF, CRPF and ITBP from borders and Kashmir. And tell the enemies that don't mess with Indian Army.

After all this the next thing i Would do is to throw out the ministers with, chief ministers out of there offices, if they are not clean or corrupted officers. Because these corrupted politicians are making situation in County worse so they must be throwed out of the jurisdiction immediately.

Next i Would appoint governers on merit not on donation or anything the one who have studied and worked really hard to get this post must be getting this post in an ethical way and that will be the right thing to do.

Take strict actions against those who are not allowing Parliament to work. Many bad people try this to stop good people from doing the legal work and such criminals must be punished immediately.

I would be having ultimate Legislative powers as well which are The budget session of Parliament always begins with the President's address and if there is a deadlock in legislation process between the two houses of Parliament, the President summons a joint session to break the impasse. Under the Indian Constitution, the government needs prior Presidential sanction before introducing legislation such as for creating a new state or changes in the boundary of existing states or even a change in its name. Also, legislation dealing with fundamental rights under the Constitution require the President's consent, similar to money bills introduced in the Lok Sabha. Besides, all bills passed by Parliament need the President's nod before becoming law.

For better legislation i Would try to clear all important bills and legislations as soon as possible because it's one of the most important thing to do to pass all the legit bills to stop corruption in my country.

Would condemn and punish people like Rahul and Kejriwal for insulting nation time and again. Because the one who insult their own nation don't deserve to stay in the nation and such people must be expelled from the nation instantly.

Then I would be having some Diplomatic roles which are India's President has wide-ranging roles to play when it comes to diplomacy for maintaining relations with other countries. The country's ambassadors and high commissioners are his representatives in foreign land. He also receives the credentials of diplomatic representatives of foreign countries. The President also negotiates treaties and agreements with other nations prior to ratification by Parliament.

If i were the president i Would help Mr. Modi like who is current prime minister of our country for almost 10 years in a row he has a wide range connection with foreign countries officials so that as much as I could by visiting countries, or by contacting there leaders.

And i would every possible effort to make all the things right in my country and i would try my best in every possible way. And i hope this contribution will help thank you for reading whoever did.

Some times, things are easier said than done. This reminded me of the ambitious candidate (now president) of one of the largest country in the world; idealistic but once you are on the world stage, things can be seen very different.
Nevertheless, perhaps it is time for new blood like you to step in; most important is to hope that you won't lose your vision and integrity along the way.
All the best.

Thank you for taking part in the latest 100 Days of Steem Challenge.
