calabaza flor choop⚜️/⚜️ Pumpkin Flower Choop

Ingredients

Pumpkin Flower	6 pieces
Rice flour	2/3 cup
Turmeric powder	1 tsp
Red chili powder	1tsp
Salt	1/2 tsp
Black caraway	1 tsp

step1

At first clean all the flowers thoroughly and drop the middle part of the flower.

Now take 2/3 cup of four and 1 tea spoon turmeric powder.

Next add some black caraway . it's quantity is about 1 tea spoon. Its good for

I also added 1/2 tea spoon salt.

It's time to water to make an perfect batter. Water should not be much or should not be less. Water should be added gradually. This batter will give us a crispy layer.

At this stage I will take a pan and put some vegetable oil in it. Than let it heat until the steam came out.
