This contest is rigged, like the majority of stuff on Steemit. Once you work hard and bump out a top player a few times the rewards just vanish. If you ask what's up with that you'll be forcibly removed. They'll tell you you got something called esteem but won't tell you how to access it or how much a esteem is worth.

It is also illegal for the sponsor of a contest to be part of the contest, that would also include anybody related to him and any of his sock puppets, it would also include anybody who participates in sponsoring this contest.
