I think that last paragraph sums up what our attitude to life should be! Life is a journey and more than worrying about the arrival, we should enjoy the journey. Things come as we are. It's true that thinking or being aware of things can hurt us, make us less compliant, so sometimes we have to lower the volume of our thoughts. I also believe that the accumulation of things we have done, the experiences we have lived, make us what we are. Without those experiences, we would be someone else. I once read that those who are brokenhearted are those who see the traces they have left behind with a "hope on their lips" and a "maybe in their heart". I embrace you, @rok-sivante
