Traditional Balkan rice pudding recipe.

Hello everyone! Today i will be showing you how to make this very simple but delightful dessert out of rice, milk and sugar only.
This is a widely known recipe through the Balkan region, but it has origins in Turkey.
The measurements are taken for 2-3 people.
First, set the fire to medium-high and add 500ml of milk to boil.
Then, thoroughly wash and rinse 30 grams of rice.
After the milk has cooked for 30 minutes, add rice. Then stir it well.
Set the heat to medium and wait for the milk to boil.
When it starts to boil, add 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Again, stir thoroughly.
Wait for the sugar to melt.
When the rice is all white (not translucent), turn off the heat.
Serve and enjoy.
But wait! It's still very hot, so be careful.
