Every morning, Nereina would lean out of the tiny window in that castle where she had lived all the years she remembers of her life. Always in the cold walls of the enclosure which, being dark, radiated some warmth from the sweet and at the same time sad look of that teenager who arrived there as a child.

Cada mañana, Nereina se asomaba a la pequeña ventana del castillo donde había vivido todos los años que recuerda de su vida. Siempre en los fríos muros del recinto que, al ser oscuros, irradiaban un poco de calor por la mirada dulce y a la vez triste de aquella adolescente que llegó allí de niña.

Only dark waters surrounded that tiny island where she only remembers one fabulous image that makes her smile: the fabulous monument of chocolate that Nereina called this way because of its dark color similar to cocoa and that special smell that was mixed with sea salt and its characteristic aroma.

Sólo aguas oscuras rodeaban aquella pequeña isla donde sólo recuerda una fabulosa imagen que le hace sonreír: el fabuloso monumento del chocolate que Nereina llamó así por su color oscuro parecido al del cacao y ese olor especial que se mezclaba con la sal marina y su característico aroma.

That special smell of freshly ground cocoa and then of special chocolate, made her transport to a different world, a clear world, where the sun always shone and where Nereina sat on the grass to taste a sweet and ethereal piece of that, her greatest delirium. There in the distance, in the chocolate castle in the sea.

Ese olor especial a cacao recién molido y luego a chocolate especial, hizo que se transportara a un mundo diferente, un mundo claro, donde el sol siempre brillaba y donde Nereina se sentaba en la hierba para probar un dulce y etéreo pedazo de eso, su mayor delirio. Allí en la distancia, en el castillo de chocolate en el mar.
