Life is so much more than something we have. It's something that is.

Clinging to Life

                          Life stays to contemplate
                          how perfectly sweet nature swings
                          among the green leaves and the breeze,
                           caressed by the soft hands
                          of handsome mango trees.

                          It stares at her and see She's safe,
                           surrounded by a world at ease.

While confined during this long quarantine, some of us have learned to value what we thought we weren't taking for granted. It turns out we were. The wiser ones watch us as we realize what they already knew, witnesses of the spoils of catastrophe.
