HOW TO MAKE VIRAL DALGONA COFFEE
If you have not heard of Dalgona coffee, you're probably missing out. This viral coffee is a life saver especially if you regularly visit coffee shop. During this quarantine, if you miss your local coffee specialties, this dalgona coffee may save your life and soul.
This coffee is easy to make. All you need is four ingredients : coffee, sugar, water and milk. The proportion is 1:1:1. Oh, and if you don't have mixer at home, you can make strainer !
Ingredients
- Coffee
- Sugar
- Water
- Milk
How to make
- Mix coffee, sugar and water with 1: 1: 1 proportion.
- Whisk for 5 minutes.
- Serve it on top of milk
- Special note : sadly you can only use instant coffee a.k.a nescafe.

Lol, this is my everyday coffee, the tip of my little spoon is flat from all the whisking, but i never tried it on top of milk. I prepare it in a mug and then pour hot water:)
oh you're fancy ! This is viral in Indonesia for some reason. I normally have this type of coffee at a cafe but since lockdown, people are making their own including myself.
Lol, what is fancy in some places is normal to other. We drink a lot of nescafe here, hot cold, with milk or not. There is a cool recipe where instead of water you are mixing an egg yolk, thats really fancy! But the egg must be fresh:)
