lack of diversification. I'm pretty much all-in most of the time

While I learned to have the patience with a diversified portfolio in crypto, when some pump and others lag behind (only for that to change suddenly), what I keep doing wrong is not keeping a percent in cash for great opportunities. I know it's wrong but I still go all-in more often than not.
