My rants these days tend to take on a more sophisticated angle though as I seek to avoid comments such as your previous one as it turns out. You know, the calm down or anti-sarcasm comments. I used to add in so much sarcasm that people thought to address it in a comment without really understanding the actually point of the post.
My post, this one you have commented on, addresses a particular set of circumstances and the actions of a few so a rant wasn't required. It's not a rant, just a passive calling out of certain accounts and their vitriolic behaviour. You'll note I haven't used user names.
My post here won't stop their actions, people who hold so tightly to hate, hubris and ego cannot be so easily swayed. It't did what it was intended to do and with so many people commenting on it I feel it was well-placed and worded.
Anyway, I'll tell you something I want to rant about...
A waitress in a café bringing me my slice of pie with the napkin underneath the pie...What nutbag does that? Well, loads of them here. I don't get it. Sure, it means the napkin won't fly away in transit but it also renders it useless because it's all soggy with pie.
That's a rant waiting to be written.
