I want to tell you about a little-known book by Julio Verne, very curious because the story takes place in Venezuela, it is called "The superb Orinoco", one of the most important and imposing rivers in America, which Verne did not get to know, but which he described with such passion and detail that amazes any reader. I read some pages every afternoon, when I navigate the waters of that mighty river with Juan De Kermor, the main character in this story.

Quiero hablarles de un libro poco conocido de Julio Verne, muy curioso porque narra un viaje que sucede en Venezuela, se llama “El soberbio Orinoco”, uno de los ríos más importantes e imponentes de América, que Verne no llegó a conocer, pero que describió con tal pasión y detalle que asombra a cualquier lector. Leo algunas páginas cada tarde, cuando navego por las aguas de ese caudaloso río junto a Juan De Kermor, el personaje principal de esta historia.
