It is always wonderful to experience freshly picked produce from your own backyard. How nice there is a way for most small families in tight apartments to enjoy this.
That being said, there is one particular special needs farmer is planning on this, specially for under privilege families, and they are still brewing this plan. Hopefully we will see the result shared in this community soon.
