On making opinions in working life and generally in life: What should be valued everywhere!
Opinions are necessary to survive as a human on earth, and they are linked to the values we have, what we think is important in different situations, and what we feel are important at every place, and the opinions can be changed, but they are often constant in human nature.
It's natural to make quick judgements about others and form opinions based on our values and expectations. When you observe what someone does or says, it triggers a response in you according to your experiences, values and expectations. This happens due to your implicit memories or your operating systems. Hence, opinions are concepts and they are measures, and we need to mean something when doing anything in societies. But what we mean can be myths, or they can be free, or they can be foundation for research in the social sciences and in the political sciences.
Opinions are statements that reflect the views or ideas that people have about subjects and topics. For example, your friend says that all ice cream is tasty. This is their opinion, because not everyone may think the same way, nor can it be proven to be true. And what we mean can be true, or it can be wrong. Opinions are a part of life, and what we are meaning have something to do with how we are organizing life.
The word opinion comes from Old French opinio meaning views and judgements founded upon probabilities and also from Latin opinionem (nominative opinio) and this means conjecure, fancy, belief, what one thinks; appreciation, esteem, think, judge, suppose, and to choose standpoints.
We should be best in schools at all levels, and there are much troubles about what to know, and how and why also in business life. And opinions can be measured by any research institutions using questionnaires and interviews about what people think and feel and how they are acting. You should not believe too much in any researcher, everything is about variants about problems and solving problems, and we should evaluate what is going on and why with the best study programs in the world, and using the best books that are possible. And if there is black holes in knowledges and in research, we should fill every empty brain hole with a new hole. And we know that every people are writing something down in relation to the processes, the outcomes and what we know. And we should be different due to different study programs, and the more we know, the less we know, but at the same time, the longer the education level, the more knowledges we have in brain, and the more we are meaning about different things having foundation for what we are doing.
Opinion is a belief that is conscious of being insufficient both subjectively and objectively coming from Kant. An opinion gives for truth something that has been said, although sometimes they are absurd words, which mean nothing, impossible to understand, and Hobbes meant different things about these. Opinion is subject to error, but knowledge is not. Different faculties involve different "spheres", and that are areas which they are governing. Hence, this means that meanings are a condition and a state with human nature, but they can be wrong, or they are right. And many things are wrong among recognition, and we should not believe in any researcher or any teacher, since everything is about who you and I are, and what we are meaning and why. Coming from NHH and SNF in Bergen, we know something about metacognition and the mental processes you are making and why, and we also know much about cognitions, emotions and actions, and these things should govern what we are thinking and feeling.
