On being professor and manager or coach in football; What can ever be done?
We should not claim anything to any, instead we should take care of our own life. Football is the ball played by our feet, and knowledges and talents are what we know, and what can be done in relation to what we know. And the brain should be open and free and reflected, otherwise we cannot meet everyone in the organizations and in the markets.
Ask what you are as a person, and why you are as you are! We cannot have opinons that are bad, and we should have properly instructions and policies in the organizations. And being professor in football, is about telling the markets what to do, which tactics what should be used, and which strategies that should be used inside and outside the organization. And we should not be monitored, because privacy is our own case, and we should not shout anything to the markets, but we should follow the normal norms, laws and rules. And be cannot blaim anyone for anything, especially when it is allowed.
A professor have a general background due to his or her education, and one also has a specialization about what should be done, and hence what we know should be done with competence and reflected choices, and we cannot use stupid opinions or stupid standpoints. We cannot trust in any, but we should think ourselves, and that is also due to all backgrounds and all education.
If you are professor in football, you should use your knowledges to know the players, and where each of them is strong. And we should have meetings with the players telling them about sensible things to know. And playing the football match is about being offensively or defensively, and we should move our team in relation to the opposite team’s moves, and doing the same thing as them, and after that being better than them. And football is about playing risky, since you cannot be sure about all the things the opponent is doing, and there should be executed strategies and tactics about what to do, and what each player on the team should focus on, being engaged with, and find sensible solutions about what to do and why. And there are problems with being a good coach or manager, if you have too many unfounded opinions about what to do. And with planning, implementation and follow-up processes we do not have to see each other, but we should follow the human rights everywhere from Strasbourg, Paris and New York, and we should be as friendly as we can imagine and as we can know, and as we can be in our human natures in the human nature.
We should be nice and appreciated people, and we should do what we have reasons for, otherwise it is advice and chatting we have not the fundament of claiming. And that is the problem, if we do not know the doctor studies many places, and these are about cognition and metacognition, and hence we are speculating about what we are doing, and why we are doing as we are doing. And my and your thoughts and feelings are important in the ways that the organization in question is functioning, and the same is true for the football clubs, and for the national teams in football. We should use our brains to think as clever as we can, and we should find ways to organize and play the football match in sensible ways, and not in all the stupid ways. And doing such, we should organize our lives with habits and with reflected and good choices about to do, and ignore many things that we should not do. This is what education and research are about; finding the possibilities and opportunities, and do what you like to find the best solutions that are possible. And strategies and doing things in reaction to what we can see of the opposition on the video, that are ways we are playing when we are playing what we are playing! And we should also plan the match, and use the tactics that are what we are doing, and which choices we are making on the football field!
So, we find books about many things in life. And these are suggestions and possible ways to think things as we should. A book is not a fixed solution, but it can be changed and adapted to the situations we are trying to frame and to understand in playing non-boring football games.
