Be Happy !

With all what's happening in the world, we need the inspiration more than ever.

Still exploring what I shared in the English club I created 7 years ago and I found this video :

Maybe some things shared there are not that actual now, but we shuould remember them anyway !

Show up !

Let people know that you are alive and that you are not going anywhere and that you will live in this world no matter what. You will fight for your life and the lives of your families, friends and all people who you love !

Follow your heart !

If you feel like doing something, just do it. Your inner voice never lie. Listen to it. Don't let your opinion dependent on others. Form your own point of view.

Find a new perspective !

There are so many inspirational things in your life. Just look for that. When all the things that you tried before are not working, you can always try something new. Maybe you will find what you was looking for in that. Maybe that what you need right now.

Have a sense of wonder !

Try to find osmething positive in your life. You can find it everywhere if you look carefully. Even if you are home, you can look at the window and see the sky or plants arround. Feel the air that you breath. Find wonders in this world.

Find people you love !

This is the benefit of always looking for more motivation. You can find that in people. Check for them everywhere. You consume content of people. You see them everywhere. Try to find something good in them and you will love them.

Set goals !

When you feel sad or losing hope, you need to set goals in your life. The goal can be material or not. Set for yourself a challenge. Learn something. Try osmething new. When you achieve that you will always have spirit of a winner.

Help others !

There are always people who need help. Try to find them. You don't have to be rich to help people. Help an old man carry something. Ask your neighbor about his situation. Help with anything you can. That's what make the human relations stronger. We all need each other.

Have fun !

There are a lot of ways to lift your mood. Listen to a music, you can even try to dance. Make some sport. Read a book. Even reading posts here and watching videos may help. Find a positive movie. Talk with a friend. There are so many way to have fun in our lives. Spend good time for yourself.

Face your fears !

We are emotional human beings and it's ok to be afraid of something. But, it's not ok to let that fear control you. Face it ! Be brave. When you are afraid of something and you will face it, you may never fear that in your life anymore. The moe fears you face, the stronger you will be !

Control yourself !

I have a two years old baby and when I don't tell him to turn off tv, he may watch those cartoons for a long time and hurt himself. The same about us. We shouldn't watch tv at all because it's showing us not what we want. The same about what we consume in the web. Sometimes we don't control ourselves and start to consume what we don't really need. There are also things we do are not necessary. Just try to control yourself and do what's really useful.

Get in touch with nature !

Maybe this one is not that easy in this time. But, there are always ways to find an excuse to get out. Go buy something. Use those exceptions to be allowed to get out. Being in touch with nature is really important. It gives us more energy. Do your best to breath that fresh air. Even if you do that from balcony or a roof. Even in our hard time there are always ways to be in touch with nature. That's our right ! The earth is ours !

Take care of your health !

Maybe this one is the most actual now. We need to take care not only about our physical health, but about our psychological health as well. We need to stay fit. We need to be sportive. We need to protect our body from any intervention. Eat and drink healthy. Do your best to not use any medicaments. Our body can fight any danger. We should care about our immune system. Don't let others experiment with it. Do everything to stay healthy !

Be grateful !

You have your body. You have so many things others don't have. You can see, you can hear, you can think, you can walk. You can do a lot of things. You are alive. You have things. You have people around. We have this world we are living in. You will always find something you're grateful for. The more grateful you'll be, the more you will have. Just try to thank everything you have. You will feel much better.
