A dying flower

Almost everyone loves flowers and admires its elegance. But would you love a dying flower. Would you admire the same flower when life and beauty is fading out of it. Well I do ! even a lifeless dying flower fascinates me.

Its almost everyday that we see a lot of flower pictures in our feed, these pictures of luscious beautiful flowers of different colors and forms. These pretty little things help make our life beautiful and colorful but even the most beautiful flower withers away in the wind.

The soft elegant flower turns into a dry hideous shell of what once was a beautiful flower. The fate of these precious dying flowers make me wonder what is the beauty that me admire and aspire for so much if it inevitably fades away one day.

But it is only our perception of beauty that fades away because what was beautiful was never the flower. The beauty was in the birds and the bees that pollinated the flower, it was in its lovely smell that traveled with the air. Our perception of beauty crumbles against the time but what remains is the true beauty of nature.
