Yes, although I do think that most of it will be out of the hands of the existing community and we need to be flexible enough to bend with the wind. All the cards are stacked against us if it comes down to it.... however, Steemit (and Sun) will hopefully how much worth the community at large brings to the chain that isn't directly quantifiable and will act in an inclusive and non-heavy handed way!
