A very sincere publication, @tarazkp. Sometimes some situations are beyond us, the important thing is to recognize them and try to face them with the best disposition.
I have felt overwhelmed on some occasions, but I always remember a Chinese proverb I read somewhere that said: "if a problem has a solution, there is no need to worry; if there is no solution, worrying is useless.
I like that proverb too, though it is hard to remember at times when it needs to be remembered :)
