Ancient houses in the lagoon

Hello to all dear friends and welcome back to my blog.

Today I share with you a watercolor painting representing a lagoon landscape.

I started from the need to want to represent a characteristic place with ancient houses on the water.

It is a watercolor made yesterday that was born from my fantasy of which I show you the passages.

A landscape set over 200 years ago, inspired by readings on Venetian architecture.

In the countryside of the Venetian lagoon, in ancient times there were farmhouses resting on the water with a large access vault which served as the loading and unloading of fishing boats.

Over time, these old farmhouses have been demolished to make way for factories and hotels.

In my painting I wanted to remember these places immersed in nature in a fairytale sunlight.

I leave you the phases of the watercolor and this time I designed the architectural forms of the houses because they are rich in details.

Antiche case nella laguna

Ciao a tutti cari amici e ben tornati sul mio blog.

Oggi condivido con voi un dipinto ad acquarello che rappresenta un paesaggio lagunare.

Sono partito dall'esigenza di voler rappresentare un luogo caratteristico con antiche case sull'acqua.

E' un acquarello realizzato ieri che è nato dalla mia fantasia di cui vi mostro i passaggi.

Un paesaggio ambientato oltre 200 anni fa, ispiratomi da letture sulle architettura veneta.

Nelle campagne della laguna veneta, anticamente vi erano dei casolari poggiati sull'acqua con una grande volta di accesso che serviva da carico e scarico delle barche da pesca.

Con il passare del tempo questi antichi casolari sono stati demoliti per lasciare il posto a fabbriche e alberghi.

Nel mio dipinto ho voluto ricordare questi luoghi immersi nella natura in una luce solare fiabesca.

Vi lascio le fasi dell'acquarello e questa volta ho disegnato le forme architettoniche delle case perchè ricche di particolari.
